From I-65 South, take EXIT 131-A and follow signs for I-264 East / US-60 East / Henry Watterson Expressway.
Take the ramp on the RIGHT.
Turn RIGHT onto SR-1703 South / Newburg Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto BISHOP LANE.
Keep STRAIGHT onto JENNINGS LANE.
Turn RIGHT onto E. Indian Trail.
4501 E. Indian Trail will be ahead on the right (if you reach KILMER BLVD, you've gone too far).
From I-65 North
From I-65 North, take EXIT 130 for SR-61 / Preston Highway toward Grade Lane.
Turn RIGHT onto SR-61 / Preston Highway.
Bear LEFT onto E. Indian Trail (McDonald's on the corner)
4501 E. Indian Trail will be ahead on the right (if you reach JENNINGS LANE, you've gone too far).
From I-64 West
From I-64 West take EXIT 12 for I-264 W/Wattersen Expressway.
Merge onto I-64 West.
Take EXIT 15B to merge onto KY-1703 S/Newburg Road.
TURN RIGHT on BISHOP LANE.
Continue onto JENNINGS LANE.
TURN RIGHT at E INDIAN TRAIL
4501 E. Indian Trail will be ahead on the right.
From I-64 East
From I-64 travelling East take EXIT 1 to merge onto I-264 E toward SHIVELY.
Take EXIT 14 to merge onto KY-864 S/POPLAR LEVEL RD.
TURN LEFT on E. INDIAN TRAIL.
4501 E. Indian Trail will be ahead on the left.
